DESCRIPTION꞉ Each cable lock security seal is a “one use” seal which locks in place when the cable (whip / tail) is wrapped around and inserted into the head. The seal is non-removable (without leaving a clear indication of tampering). No special tool is required to attach these seals – simply loop the cable around, insert it into the head and pull it tight. To verify the seal seated properly, simply pull on the head to confirm it locked in place. Each high-quality cable-lock seal displays the word SECURED and a serial number that has been laser engraved into the seal. An extra-large font makes the information easily readable at a distance or in adverse weather conditions. SEAL SPECIFICATIONS꞉ The cable diameter is 1.5 millimeter. The cable is not pre-formed, (which means the individual strands will splay when cut, preventing it from being rejoined). The total length of the cable is 12″ [31 cm] (from end to end). The head is approximately 1.16″ tall -by- 0.78″ wide -by- 0.3″ thick. To use this seal, loop the cable around and slide it into the head.
