It was pulled in working condition from an industrial-grade shredder whose lower cabinetry had been severely damaged, subsequently retiring the device. The integrated Lenze stepdown/reducer gearbox significantly transforms the 1680rpm rating to a much slower rpm (unknown) with a tremendous increase in torque, as would be needed/expected in a shredder configuration.
