For bulk shipment orders, we may ship via LTL. All ourders placed by 4:00pm EST will ship out that day and all orders placed on the weekends will ship out on Monday. However, if you are not enterely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 15 days with your receipt. To be eligble for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and must have a receipt ot proof of purchase. You will be reponsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless there was an error on our behalf. Shipping costs are non-refundable a 20% re-stocking fee may apply.
