Hobart 00-437161 Latch, Bowl Spring, N50 – New Open Box New – Open Box – Bowl latch is brand new but was installed on N50 mixers for purposes of taking pictures for this listing. I don’t have the original packing. This spring latch was designed to work on the newer Hobart N50s that have the bowl height adjustment set screw (approximately late 1990s manufacturer date and forward). See first two pictures shown on the white colored N50 mixer. This style spring latch has the small rectangular shaped top / hood that makes contact with the bowl height adjustment set screw. The older style N50 and Model G mixers mid 1990s and backwards don’t have the bowl height adjustment set screw and their corresponding bowl spring latch didn’t have the rectangular shaped top / hood piece. However these older style bowl latches have been discontinued by Hobart many years ago. I installed the newer style bowl latch with the top / hood on and older style N50 mixer to show that the newer part does in fact work on the older style N50 mixers (see last picture of this bowl latch installed on an older N50 mixer). The two screws required to install this part on an N50 mixer are specified by Hobart as Mach Screw 10-24 x 1/4 Phil. Rd. Hd. These installation screws are not included with this listing. This part sells for $62.58 plus shipping plus sales tax when ordered new from Hobart. Ask questions prior to purchase as there are no returns.

Genuine Hobart N50, 5 Quart Aluminum Spiral Dough Hook Attachment. N5ED for 5 Qt N-50 Mixers New – Dough hook is brand new and never used. This dough hook was manufactured by Hobart Corp. for the Hobart N50 commercial 5 quart mixers. It is made of aluminum and will last a life time. Genuine “HOBART” and “N5ED” stampings shown in picture. However every dough hook is different and the stampings may not match the picture shown identically as some are more faded than others and the location of the stampings is slightly different on every dough hook. This dough hook will also work on the vintage KitchenAid Model G, 5 quart stand mixers. It will not fit any other model mixer. If you are unsure about fit with your mixer, ask questions before buying as there are no returns. Use on speed #1, #2 only. As of this listing going live, it was the only one of its kind on eBay and is somewhat difficult to find.
